Saison with Thai spices. Straw yellow in color with a white foam and light haze. Moderate Bitterness with a crisp finish. Phenoic (peppery) and estery (fruity) from saison yeast as well as light lime, lemon, and herbal notes from spices.
Additives: Lemongrass, Lime Leaves, Galang Root, Thai Basil.
