At Nya Carnegiebryggeriet we always strive to serve the perfect dishes to our locally brewed & fresh beer. The focus is to hightlight texture, taste, aroma & bitterness to give the best beer & food experience. We mix small plates to share with burgers, hot sandwiches, seafood and fish in our well balanced à la carte menu which means that there's always something on the menu for everyone.
Our beer nerds for staff will give you the best advice on what to drink to each meal (and answer all your weird questions).
You're always welcome to explore our flagship brews and experimental small batches, all straight from the Lightbulb tanks only 20 meters from the restaurant. Always fresh.
